Are there any membership fees?

No. The price to purchase the gift of the month is the only price you pay.

How long does a membership commit me?

It doesn't commit you to anything. You pay for the number of months you want to be a member in the club. You can be a member for as little as two months or up to 12 months and can cancel your remaining membership at any time.

If I order today will I be in time for Christmas/Mother's Day/Father's Day/Valentine's Day?

In a way, a membership is always in time for a special holiday by presenting your gift recipient with a gift announcement.

A gift announcement is made available to you as part of the ordering process. The gift announcement can be printed by you in certificate form (or emailed) and given to your gift recipient right away. Depending on when you place your order and the month you choose to begin shipping, your club selection may even arrive before your special day.

When will I receive my monthly shipment?

Shipments arrive the 3rd or 4th week of the month.

Can I pay monthly as opposed to paying in full?

Yes, it's one of two options under Payment Option on each club page.

Please note, the monthly payment option is not available in conjunction with a coupon code or gift card that has a value denominated in dollars (as opposed to a percentage discount).

What is your guarantee policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or products you can cancel your remaining membership at any time and we will refund you the balance of your payment.

For a gift membership, do you include a message?

As part of the ordering process you will be asked if you wish to send your gift recipient a gift announcement. You'll then be given the option of sending the gift announcement by email directly to your gift recipient or printing the gift announcement yourself.

When will I receive my Gift Card and what do I do with it?

Gift Cards are available when you purchase a 12 month membership in any of our clubs. You will be emailed an electronic "gift card" at the end of your membership which will provide you with a unique coupon code that can be applied to future purchases and is fully transferable.

To use the coupon code supplied on your gift card, you can enter it on the payment page prior to submitting your order to have your discount applied.

Please note, the monthly payment option is not available for use with gift cards.

What is a Coupon Code and how does it work?

Occasionally, we issue coupon codes that discount the purchase price of a club for promotional or customer service purposes. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it on the payment page prior to submitting your order to have your discount applied.

Can I go every-other-month or quarterly?

Yes, you may make the selection when ordering from this web site or by phone to go every-other-month or every-third-month.

Can you ship outside of Canada? only ships within Canada but can accept an order from anywhere in the world. We recommend for delivery to the United States.

Is shipping and handling included in the total price?

Yes, shipping and handling are included in your purchase price.

Do you offer corporate quantity discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for volume orders. Please call us at 1-800-515-1487 (9:00 - 5:00 EST, M-F) for further discount information.

When does the first delivery month begin?

You choose when you would like the first delivery to begin by making your selection on the order form. For all clubs, your first delivery will start on your selected month and will continue for your selected frequency until the membership ends.

What if my recipient moves?

You or your recipient can simply notify us of their new location and we will make the remaining deliveries to that new address if it is still within our service area.

Does someone have to be home to sign for the deliveries?

Only our Beer and Wine clubs require a signature on the first shipment.

Can I select specific months that I would like the deliveries made?

Not yet, at least not online. This functionality may be added in the future. In the meantime, feel free to contact us on our toll-free phone number to request specific months.

How do you ship?

We use Canada Post for all of our deliveries.

How do I send my personalized gift announcement to my recipient?

You make your selection on the order form to have your personal gift announcement sent by Canada Post, emailed, or printed right from our site. Great for those last minute gifts!

How much variety is there from month to month?

Every month is a different shipment. Like a snowflake, no two are alike. It's part of what makes the clubs so much fun!

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Shipping and handling is included.
